100 Gold Leaf 24K - 4.5 x 4.5 cm - Gold on Base

24K Gold Leaf on Base is a a special foil that is evaporated with 24K gold. This gives easier handling at a fraction of the price. These are easier to handle and with less loss during a project. They are used in the same way as traditional gilding methods. Gold Leaf on Base is not a composition gold.

• 100 Gold Leaves 24K on Base 
• Each Leaf 2" x 2" or 45mm x 45mm.
  
• Thickness of Gold in each leaf approx. 0.1 - 0.2 microns on base.
• Base is a support material (foil).
• Gold on Base is not the same as composition gold!

Usage:

• Decorating items for furniture, antique, photo frame, art & craft, sculpture, and multi-purposes.
• Suitable for general gilding.
• Decorating lettering and bookbinding's, popular in interior design and artistic work.
• You can use the gold leafs on wood, sand, cement, glass, metal, carved and raised letters, signboards, trucks and general flat surfaces.
• Do not heat.
• Gold on Base is not edible.

Packaging:

• Each leaf is separated by a dusted paper to prevent from sticking together - this paper does not damage the gold leaf. Each Book is sealed in a waterproof zip lock bag.
